1. Subscription Services
Free Trial Period
- New users receive a 7-day free trial for premium features
- You can cancel anytime during the trial period without charge
- Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before trial expiry
Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
- No refunds for partial months
- Access continues until the end of current billing period
Annual Subscriptions
- 30-day money-back guarantee from purchase date
- After 30 days, no refunds for unused portion
- Exceptional circumstances reviewed case-by-case
2. Educational Products
Digital Courses
- 14-day refund period from purchase date
- Must not have completed more than 25% of course content
- Original payment method refund within 5-7 business days
Live Coaching Sessions
- Refund available if cancelled 48 hours before session
- No refund for no-shows or late cancellations
- Rescheduling available up to 24 hours before session
3. Trading Signals & Analysis
Important Notice:
- Trading signals and market analysis are educational tools
- No refunds based on trading performance or market outcomes

4. Payment Processing
- Payments processed through Razorpay and other secure gateways
- Refunds processed to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- Currency conversion fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
- Payment gateway charges are non-refundable
