These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of IN Forex trading platform ("Service") operated by IN Forex ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our Service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • One person may only create one account unless authorized by us
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Risk Disclosure

Important Risk Warning:

5. Fees and Payments

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable
  • We use secure payment processors including Razorpay
  • All fees are clearly disclosed before payment
  • Currency conversion fees may apply for international payments
  • We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this platform, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks, are the property of IN Forex and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Using the platform for illegal activities
  • Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
  • Sharing account credentials with third parties
  • Using automated trading systems without permission
  • Manipulating or attempting to manipulate market prices

8. Limitation of Liability

IN Forex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
